Star Talk (Soaps In Depth - February 3, 2004) Q: If you could trade places for one episode, which crew member's job would you most like to try? Elizabeth: AMC costume designer Richard Schurkamp. He gets to design everything and put together all of the characters' wardrobes. He gets the character description on paper, but he makes it come to life. He has a wonderful vision, and he always does such a wonderful job with Maggie. Sometimes I like to throw my two cents in and he seems to like it, so I would like to do his job. I would love to design for a whole new character and come up with something fun.
